Carla Martini
I am an experienced yoga and meditation instructor with a deep passion for helping people integrate their mind, body and spirit and lead them to discovering their inner guru. My journey includes training in Ashtanga, Yin Yoga and Vipassana Meditation as well as being an accredited Yoga Nidra Facilitator in the Integrative Method of Yoga Nidra from the Amrit School of Yoga - descendant of one of the most esoteric yogic traditions of India, the path of Shaktipat Kundalini.
