Meet Your Facilitators:
Kristin Sluhan is an accomplished artist and former art teacher who brings creativity, play, and confidence-building to her workshops.
Cristy Seely is a yoga instructor and early childhood educator who guides mindfulness, movement, and emotional well-being.
