Mara will begin our time together by guiding us through an introduction to and exploration of our body's Gut-Brain Axis. The gut and brain are in constant communication, and they highly influence one another. Drawing on her experience, she will share common symptoms that suggest this important communication pathway may not be in alignment, as well as how to support it holistically using nutrition and lifestyle adjustments to support the mind, body, and spirit.
With this increased awareness and in presence of our gut-brain-body, Carey will close our time together with a 30-minute yogic flow that combines breathwork and affirmation. This is intended to help you experience how deeply and intricately our mind, body, and spirit are connected. This time will provide the space, permission, and the rare opportunity to have nothing required of you beyond allowing physical connection to build while you settle into your breath and being.
