28th June 2025 : A Be Well Barn in the community event 🙌 We will be hosting a wellness festival day on June 28th in support of those affected by MND. The aim is to raise funds for the Motor Neurone Disease Association Suffolk who provide vital care for MND sufferers and their families.
It’s set to be a fantastic day of fitness, wellness, food, live music and drink. With lots of great activities to participate in, including bootcamps, classes and sauna and cold plunge zones. Plus lots more!
