Come and join us as we recognize World Mental Health Day at 5:30pm on Thursday, October 10th through play, fun, and connection.What if we told you that one of the most powerful pathways to being well was – play? Science tells us that movement and connection are two of the most critical factors in positively impacting wellbeing. And play is where movement and connection come together to play. Being well doesn’t have to feel like a math equation. Being well can start with the simple act of moving your body with others.

Our ambassadors Marcus Brown, Olivia Daniels Jones, and Adekunle Olusanya will be leading us through play, connection, and movement at Camperdown Plaza to recognize World Mental Health Day. The ambassadors will close the event by sharing their unique journeys around the topic of Mental Health. This is an event for the entire family and is inclusive to all age groups, so bring your loved ones. By encouraging open dialogue and support for mental health, we strive to build a healthier, more connected community for all.
