Welcome to Be Well: A Well-Being Retreat! Join us on Sat Sept 7 2024 at 10:00 AM relaxation, self-care, group-coaching, discussion, learning, and rejuvenation.
Located at Thinkspot Burlington, this half-day in-person retreat will provide you with the opportunity to focus on all aspects of your well-being. Take part in interactive and wellness activities to help you feel your best.This retreat is designed to give you tools to reset, gain clarity, reflect, begin to focus on your well-being, and plan what is next for your journey to "be well".It combines relaxation, group coaching, discussion, learning & focusing practices leading to actionable next steps towards your well-being journey.
Included in the $375+ HST investment of the retreat is:
* 4 hours of facilitated well-being activities at a serene location with art and nature onsite.
* Guided visualization, relaxation exercises, physical movements, group coaching, focusing, art and design tools and supplies.
* A catered lunch with personal preferences taken into consideration.
* Group and peer discussions and coaching.
* A personalized gift bag.
* Snacks and refreshments.
* Free onsite parking.
Weather permitting, we will spend some time outdoors relaxing, engaging in physical movement, and interacting in nature and with art.
