Led by an experienced aquatic educator from Drowning Prevention Auckland, this engaging and informative session is open to everyone aged 16 and over. Whether you’re new to swimming or confident in the water, the workshop offers essential knowledge to help keep you and your loved ones safe.

- How to identify hazards and respond safely, including in-water survival strategies and bystander rescue
- Lifejacket care, correct usage, and fitting
- Live demonstrations, Q&A, and giveaways
