Be Water is a three-day somatic immersion devoted to the exploration of water as a living intelligence within the human body, with fascia as its primary medium of organization, communication, and resilience.
Through embodied practice, non-linear movement, Somatic Yin, and integrative wisdom talks, participants are guided into a direct experience of the body’s fluid architecture—where movement, perception, and emotional coherence arise from within rather than being imposed from outside.
This immersion invites a return to fluid stability without fixation, adaptability without loss of structure, and depth without force.

DAY I — YIELDING
Water as Receptivity · Fascia as Listening Field
The journey begins by restoring the body’s capacity to receive.
Through slow, ground-based somatic practices and Somatic Yin, participants explore yielding as an intelligent process that supports regulation, hydration, and safety within the fascial system.

DAY II — FLOW
Water as Adaptability · Fascia as Continuum
On the second day, movement expands into fluidity and continuity.
Participants engage in wave-like asana sequences, myofascial spirals, and breath-led transitions that awaken elasticity and resilience across the fascial web. Movement is experienced as a continuum rather than a sequence of shapes.

DAY III — EMERGENCE
Water as Creative Intelligence · Fascia as Organizing Field
The final day opens into non-linear movement and embodied dance as expressions of fascial intelligence.
Participants are guided into spontaneous, non-prescriptive movement where fascia leads and form follows. Through spirals, pulses, tremors, waves, and stillness, the body organizes itself through sensation, rhythm, and internal listening.
