The Summer Solstice is almost with us – it ushers in a new season that is all about the radiance and abundance nature has to offer. It brings us bright light and natures bounty - it is such an important time to celebrate life and everything our planet has given us!

Join us for a HALF DAY RETREAT of KUNDALINI YOGA and HIGH VIBE FOOD to build RADIANCE, and align with the qualities of HAPPINESS and ABUNDANCE!

Radiance is our inner light, our presence, it’s what attracts opportunity and prosperity into our life, it’s about EXPANSION and the projection that we emit from the very core of our being.It’s not only our projection but our protection too, the frequency of our light is what attracts like energies to us and repels negativity, darkness and anything not on the same vibration. When you feel light and bright your energy is a source of inspiration and everything flows in your life…greater abundance and happiness.

So often though, our energy can get blocked or caught up in limited thoughts, patterns and beliefs.

During this event we will use Kundalini Kriya, pranayama, mantra and meditation to liberate ourselves, refine our energy and reconnect with whats important to you.

To conclude this event we will enjoy a delicious sit-down brunch curated by plant-based chef and cooking coach, Bex Shindler from The Mindful Kitchen.

Bex is passionate about creating sustainable wellbeing through seasonal nutrition – the food will be vegan and gluten free with a focus on health conscious, seasonal and organic produce.You are in for a real treat! Expect a colourful plant-based brunch bowl, perfectly balanced to nourish your body and satisfy your taste buds after a full morning, along with a summery health tonic and followed by something sweet.

About Me - BethI am a Kundalini Yoga teacher and retreat facilitator based in Manchester and Wales. I help others move beyond stress, anxiety, fear, pain and struggle - to find clarity and to reconnect with the peace and power within themselves.

This is a path I have travelled myself, having suffered with fear, anxiety and addictions for a lot of my life -in fact I spent most of my twenties and thirties on a highly self destructive path and in a not very good place.

Finding Kundalini Yoga and developing a regular practice has helped me transform my own life, it's literally taken me out of the darkness and into the light - I've discovered the peace that is available deep within me and experienced so much more JOY in my life.....this self work is ongoing of course!!Kundalini Yoga and Yoga Nidra have been instrumental in my own healing and now my life purpose is to spread these teachings and help others transform and find greater CLARITY, BALANCE , PEACE and JOY!

My offerings are all a magical journey within themselves - creative, rich and alive with ritual, mantra, movement and music interspersed with contemplation, meditation, pranayama and stillness - they are an invitation /opportunity to get curious, delve deep inside and rediscover your essence or true nature. I work in line with the earths rhythms, Solstices, Equinox etc as I have found connecting more deeply to nature and the seasons creates a more graceful ease and flow in my own life.

I am registered with Yoga Alliance UK. I've studied with Kia Miller, Tommy Rosen and Maya Fiennes from the US and Uma Dinsmore Tuli in the UK. I teach classes and events in Manchester, UK and host retreats and training courses in the UK and Worldwide.

About Me - Bex:I’m Bex, a creative plant-based cook on a mission to share the joy of earth friendly, high vibe food. I am an accredited Healing Diets Nutritional Consultant with the School of Natural Medicine and a graduate of Bettina’s Kitchen Plant-based Retreat Chef Academy.

I believe the food choices we make can be empowering, both for our own health and for the health of our planet. What we eat can have such an impact on our bodies and minds, and in my experience, when we choose to fuel ourselves with nutritious, colourful, compassionate foods, we invite more vibrancy and compassion into our lives. There begins the ripple effect of change and transformation.

Growing up in a household where food was the centre of everything, I naturally developed a love of cooking. My background as an artist inspires my creativity in the kitchen, and continuing studies with the School of Natural Medicine and FFI’s culinary plant-based chef program sees my menus constantly evolving with therapeutic and nutritional knowledge. I see food as energy, always cooking from scratch, with love, and sourcing organic, ethical ingredients wherever possible.

I launched The Mindful Kitchen in 2016, selling healthy treats at markets, sharing recipes online and hosting pop up events and supper clubs. I have since gained lots of experience hosting events, workshops, and catering for events and retreats. My food is health and planet conscious, brings people together, and most importantly it tastes really good!
