Join us for our next Food Drive at Joe and Enid Demps Park (Former Goulds) 11350 SW 216TH ST. MIAMI, 33170 on December 12th, from 9 am until supplies last, for an incredible time making a difference in your community. Food available for up to 500 households. First come, first served!

My acceptance also covers any past, current, or future picture, video, or any other material that has been created during my tenure, working, volunteering, or participating at any program or directly to BSI.
I hereby waive any right that I may have to inspect and/or approve the finished materials, and/or the use to which they may be applied. I agree further that I will not hold Be Strong International (BSI), or anyone who receives permission from either of them, responsible for any claim or liability resulting from the use of my Likeness.
