Director of Seniors Ministries Christine Hershey and longtime Westminster member Emily Oehler will be sharing with us about how to Practice Being Still in various ways: Being Still with Time, Being Still with Presence, Being Still with Intention, Being Still with Prayer and Being Still with Community.Emily Oehler works at the intersection of "now and next" as a certified executive coach, mindfulness facilitator and a change management consultant. But the title she treasures most is that of Preacher's Kid. She is a three-time member of Westminster, a sitting Elder, and chair of the Adult Formation Committee.
