In this Be Still class, we’ll create space to soften those harsh inner messages and open ourselves to the steady, gentle love of God. Through guided journaling, reflection, and stretching, you’ll learn to recognize the voice of truth over the voice of pressure.
This is a night to rest, breathe deeply, and experience what it feels like to be fully seen and fully loved.
You don’t need to bring anything—everything is provided, including yoga mats, blankets, and pillows.
