This 2-hour experience includes the following:
6:00 PM - 6:15 PM
Introduction/Mix and Mingle & Warm Up
6:15 PM – 7:35 PM (1 hr. 20 min)
In this special class you will be provided with a satin bathrobe to wear and you’d learn how to slowly strip it off through the seductive chair dance choreography that will get your heart pumping body sweating and allow you to tap into the true confidence that comes from embracing and embodying your femininity and sensuality. Get ready to Sweat Laugh and feel SEXY AF.
7:35PM - 7:50PM (15 min)
The class Showcase. This is when we all get a chance to perform and hype each other up!
7:50 PM – 8:00 PM:
Self-love stretches class photo and closing.
Additional Info:
* Attire: This experience focuses on OWNING your femininity and enjoying how incredible that feels. Wear sexy and comfortable clothes. Yoga pants booty shorts tank tops sports bras crop tops and t-shirts all work really well. Avoid too loose or too baggy clothes so they don't get caught in the chair as we move. Fishnets bodysuit thigh highs and other sexy accessories however are highly recommended.
* Shoes: You may dance bare feet socks or sneakers. Heels are optional and should have ankle support or ankle straps like stiletto or Latin Booty Dance shoes. We first practice without heels then later put on the heels to showcase what we learned.
** Bring a bottle of water.
