Join us for the Joyful Glow Party—a signature event of BE Intentional Wellness Day! This high-energy experience begins with 45 minutes of Zumba to get your body moving and your heart pumping. Then, transition into a liberating ecstatic dance session, where you can move freely, let go of stress, and connect with yourself and others in a joyful, intentional way.
