Keynote Speaker & Panel Q&A Discussion (5 – 6 PM)
We will hear from our keynote Mia, who was a candidate on the BBC’s iconic series ‘The Apprentice’ 2025 where she went head-to-head with other entrepreneurs to win investment from Sir Alan Sugar. This will be followed by an interactive panel Q&A discussion featuring Brunel Entrepreneurs. This year’s theme, “Breaking the Mould: The Unconventional Entrepreneur”, will explore diverse entrepreneurial journeys, with each panellist sharing valuable insights drawn from their unique experiences and backgrounds.

About our Panellists:
⭐️ Mia Collins, a 2025 BBC Apprentice contestant, brings unstoppable drive to everything she does. An entrepreneur, cyber-security professional and amateur bodybuilder, she built a thriving meal-prep business and thrives on challenge, self-improvement and backing herself in high-pressure environments.
⭐️ Nelson Eyidi, a 2022 UG Civil and Environmental Engineering (MEng) graduate, is the founder of Oikono. Oikono is reducing financial stress with the UK’s first game-based financial education coach. Its adaptive AI teaches personal finance - including investing, debt, and savings through realistic simulations.

⭐ Donya Mansouri, a current UG Medicine (MBBS) student, is the founder of Tilapia Revive, an innovative, biocompatible burn treatment using tilapia-infused face sheets to accelerate healing, reduce scarring, and minimise pain - providing a cost-effective and sustainable alternative to traditional burn care solutions.
⭐ Sean Hayes, a 2023 PG Psychology graduate, is the founder of More Connection Co., a London-based health tech company creating hardware that brings natural, face-to-face eye contact to video calls for the first time.
