Join us April 14th 1-5 pm to welcome in the new energy of spring. Inspiration for this retreat is Bloom, with our final water colour piece reflecting the flowers and butterflies. We will begin with 60 minutes of gentle yoga and guided meditation. Taking a brief break for some refreshments, then moving to the table. Each setting will have provided art supplies. We will spend an hour or so with a practice exercise and observing the movement of each water colour. Then we move into creating our final piece, followed by nourishing leafy greens and Kombucha to wrap up the day. Enjoy a little take home of local goodies too!
