This is a free, one-off session delivered by Lancashire Adult Learning.
This session will help you spot the everyday foods that could be doing more harm than good, and give you the knowledge to make smarter, healthier choices.
You’ll also have time to reflect on your own eating habits and explore simple, practical ways to cut down on the things your body doesn’t need — starting with sugar, salt, and saturated fat.
