We’re opening our doors so you can experience what’s possible and who’s here to support you.

Workshops for koha
11.30am Yoga with Jessie from @grow_and_flow_with_jess a beautiful luxurious yoga session to start us off.
1pm Somatics for Panics with Lauren from @creative_embodiment_ an interactive workshop giving you skills for anxiety and panic attacks.
2pm Meditation for Menopause with Nicola learn how she has used meditation to support her menopause journey and try it for yourself.
