? About the Teacher
Bala is a south Indian artist and improviser based out of Bangalore, India. She started learning and performing impro in the United States when she was an engineering grad student. She co-founded India's first and only all-women impro group - The Adamant Eves. She has performed and taught across the US, Europe and SouthEast Asia. Her work is inspired by traditional Indian arts, mythology and her deep meditation practice.
