About this Event
On Saturday, March 1, 2025, Black Canadian Women in Action (BCW) proudly presents its 7th annual International Women's Day Event. The 2024 theme, “Inspire Inclusion',” calls on us to teach our communities to value the inclusion of women as we create a getter, and more inclusive, world for all.
In light of this, the event will spotlight women in Tech STEM innovation and other diverse backgrounds, celebrating their diverse accomplishments and recognizing their impact in bridging the digital gender gap. It will also emphasize the crucial need to protect the rights of women and girls in digital spaces, addressing online and ICT-facilitated gender-based violence.
