This month, CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) will talk to us about the challenges facing advocates for abused and neglected children in Bradley County. CASA is a non-profit that works alongside community volunteers to make sure the voices of abused and neglected children are heard in court. Each volunteer speaks up for otherwise voiceless child.
