Only $60 for the whole weekend for BBW Club Catalina's 7th Annual Halloween Boo Bash.. Reservations are to be handled on an individual basis. Attendees can make reservations through our
group reservation department at 619-298-0511 or 800-676-6567. Reservation hours are Monday – Friday, 7:00 am – 8:00 pm and Saturday - Sunday from 9:00 am - 5:30 pm.
They do not charge your credit card until you check in!! Please book ASAP so we can have more rooms released to our group. $139 per night for single or double occupancy.. $12 per day for discounted price parking. FREE Wifi and lots of great restaurants to eat at. Once you check in you will be charged a $50 per day for incidentals and refunded when you check out. The $139 does not include the 12.7% local taxes and fees.
You can cancel without any charge 72 hours before the even starts.

Guest room rates do not include local taxes and fees, currently 12.7%. This is subject to current rate. Group rates are available three (3) days prior to or three (3) days following your group dates, based upon hotel availability. Check-in time is after 3:00 pm and check-out time is 11:00 am. Overnight parking will be at $12 with in and out privileges.

All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card or an advance deposit of the first night room and tax. No-show reservations or reservations not cancelled within 72 hours of arrival will be charged first night room and tax.

The Friday and Saturday Night Dances, Meet and Greets and Bingo will be held in the Pool View Room
The Vendor Faire will be held outside the Pool View Room Club Nights from 9 pm until 12 am
The Hospitality Room will be near the pool in and will be open only when Club Catalina's Employees will be in the room but we will post when someone is in there and have a sign on the door when the Hospitality Room is open.
Welcome to Club Catalina’s 7th Annual Halloween Weekend Boo Bash!!! We have two themed club nights, contests, Hospitality Room, After Parties and the great weather of San Diego!!!
Hospitality Room will have free coffee, tea, creamers, sugar, chips, granola bars, and other munchies. We will also be having an after party on Friday and Saturday in the Hospitality Room.
Itinerary
Thursday:
Hospitality Room Pool View Room will be open from 3 pm til 8 pm to check in or register, have coffee, tea, and snacks
6 pm Food, desserts, snacks and mixed drinks inside the Hospitality room Pool View Room starts at 6 pm for all registered guests. Roaming Room Parties starts at 8 pm. The best decorated Room Party will win $50 VISA Gift Card
Friday:
Bash Check in at 3 pm- 5 pm inside the Hospitality Room Pool View Room
3 pm – 5 pm Pool and Jacuzzi time or come by the hospitality room and play cards and board games. Join us in the Hospitality Room for Cards Against Humanity, Uno, Trouble and any other board game you want to play!! There will be drinks and snacks provided too
5 pm-5:30 pm –5 minute meet and greet—a great way to meet new friends and catch up with old friends—Raffle after the Meet and Greet for $5 Starbucks cards!! Inside the Pool View Room
5:30 pm-6:00 pm BINGO... Prizes with be King Size Candy Bars like Snickers, Kit Kat, Reeses, etc. Inside the Pool View Room
Club Night –9 pm -2:00 am -- Disney Characters and Cartoon Characters Theme Party. Use your imagination and creativity and enter the Best Costume Contest at midnight for a $50 VISA Gift Card.

I am planning on doing 10vendors on Friday Night and Saturday Night outside the Dances from 9 pm to 12 am. I will not be doing a huge vendor Faire on Saturday morning. :)
