BBQT was conceptualized in 2010 by Gabbie Bam Bam (Sleaze-E G.) The live band itself has had several lie up changes since 2013 (50 friends and members initiated in from bands around the world) proved BBQT was not just any band from a specific city at a specific time; instead forming as a multi city gang of rebellion. Gabbie shows her prowess as a songwriter often courting controversy with her songs’ subject matter writing songs about her experiences being a sex worker, trauma, mental health and drug abuse and congaing influences ranging from bands like Plasmatics, Rose Tattoo, Sister Rosetta tarp to films and novels like Christiane F. And Wild at Heart. BBQT tours Europe with a gang of tough musicians from London England ready to slap the world with fierce music from their second album DANGEROUS DAME.
