? | Op zaterdag 3 september neemt Bar Bistro Bureau het op tegen Justin Niessen uit Rotterdam, van restaurant Just. Met zijn roots uit de Antillen creëert hij een eigen fusion die steeds meer harten verovert. Deze editie zal in het teken staan van Rib-Eye.
