We're very excited to present BBQ & Boots, a one-day festival featuring BBQ, Live Music, Wrestling, and more, at PNG Field on Saturday, August 30! PNG Field is the home of the Altoona Curve, Double-A affiliate of the Pittsburgh Pirates.The event will feature Live Music from Houston-born and Philly-raised country artist Holdyn Barder! A rising star in the country music scene, Barder was named the Hometown Star Award winner at the 2024 Barefoot Country Music Festival. He is known for Philadelphia/Jersey Shore-themed songs that recognize his hometown fan base such as “Stone Harbor,” “Go Birds,” and “Ring That Bell.”
There will also be Live Professional Wrestling, presented by Adrenaline Championship Wrestling, throughout the event.
The Curve concession stands will provide all the BBQ you could want, including Curve Burgers, Sausages, Pulled Pork Sandwiches, Pulled Pork Nachos, Pulled Pork Perogies, and Brisket Sandwiches!
