Bayne's Apple Valley's Dashing Through the Snow 5K

Let’s dash through the trails at Imerman Park along with partners Bayne’s Apple Valley, Jolt Credit Union and Team One Credit Union! The holidays are an especially difficult time for those suffering from depression. So, Dashing will benefit the Barb Smith Suicide Resource & Response Network with proceeds being donated to assist in creating social change in mental health and overall wellness with the goal of decreasing suicides, increasing help seeking behavior and caring for those impacted by suicide.
This will be a USATF sanctioned event that will be professionally managed and timed with online results. There will be plenty of good cheer on the trail with holiday music and a possible visit from the "Big Man" himself. Ho, ho, ho! Custom finisher medals and t-shirts* will be provided to all participants with Top 3 overall male and female runners receiving awards.
*T-shirts are guaranteed ONLY to those who register before midnight Sunday, December 7th.
Registration is limited to 450 participants! Don’t be left out "in the cold" for this year’s race return! Register early!

**Registrants will have the option to decline a shirt and save $5 at shirt selection when registering. On Sunday, December 7th shirts will be ordered and any extra will be placed in inventory in the registration system. To guarantee a shirt size, please register before then. Please note that shirts not picked up before close of packet pickup will be forfeit by registrant and will not be refunded. If unable to attend event it is the responsibility of the registrant to have someone pick up their items or to arrange alternate pickup prior to the event.
