Bay Salsa Team 2025 Are you looking for a fun way to improve your dancing and be immersed in Latin Dance?

Why not join Hamilton Salsa's Bay Salsa Team?
The theme for the Bay Salsa festival this year is Alice in Wonderland, a trip down the rabbit hole. So grab your watch and your dance shoes, and join us on this weird and wonderful adventure.
The team choreography is a fun, upbeat number taught from the perspective of social dancing, so all the moves can be done on the social floor.
We want to see you practicing them on Wednesdays during social night!
Dates
Tuesday evenings 2nd September to 21st October 2025
Sundays 4pm – 6pm, 21st, 28th September, 5th, 12th, 19th October.
Cost
Classes/trainings $120 or use your concession card for Tuesday classes and pay $60 for the Sunday practices.
Bay Salsa Festival Performers Pass $180 to be confirmed.
Costume: Everyone will have a different outfit, so this cost will be variable and subject to what the individual wants to spend.
Access will be given to the club costume collection.
Venue
Practices will be held at St James Church, 82 Nixon St, unless otherwise specified.
What to wear
Please wear proper dance shoes and clothing that you can move easily in. The routine will involve spinning and turning, so proper shoes are highly recommended.
Ladies, you will need heel caps on your Latin heels.
Leads no black soled street shoes as these mark the church floor.
If you have questions about shoes, please ask. We do have some pairs of shoes (male/female) for sale.
