🏊♀️🚴♀️🏃♀️ WINTER TRIATHLON SERIES 🏊♀️🚴♀️🏃♀️ Our INDOOR TRIATHLON SERIES IS BACK!
This year, we're hosting 2 events & we’re including 2 different lengths – a BITE SIZE at 10:30am & a FULL SIZE at 8am
The idea is to promote movement & having a go at new things - everyone starts and finishes at the same time, so there is no pressure to keep up with anyone else, it's a race against yourself.

BITE SIZE:
10 minute Pool Swim --> 20 minute Spin Bike --> 15 minute Treadmill Run.
(Plus a little bit of time to transition between areas/dry off)
10am start time
FULL SIZE:
15 minute Pool Swim --> 25 minute Spin Bike --> 20 minute Treadmill Run.
(Plus a little bit of time to transition between areas/dry off)
8am start time
COST:
Members: $5
Non-Members: $15
