The Lotus Circle (TLC) is a space where women get to set aside the many hats they wear to simply be.

It’s a space to pause, reconnect with yourself, and share real, meaningful moments with women who are also moving through full, busy lives.

In this session, we’ll reflect on 2025, release what no longer fits, and set our intentions for a more aligned 2026.

If you’ve never been to a women’s circle before, this is a welcoming place to start. And if you’re coming back, you already know the vibe… it’s a whole exhale.

Women 30+ who want a space to think, reset, and connect without pressure. If you’re moving through a full life and craving moments that bring you back to yourself, TLC offers that.

It’s for women who want to make intentional choices, strengthen their self-awareness, and build community with others who care about growing with purpose.

If you value spaces that leave you clearer, lighter, and more aligned than when you arrived, you’ll feel at home here.

We’ll slow down just enough to check in with ourselves. You’ll move through a mix of self-reflection, small (but fun) breakouts, and moments to freely connect in sisterhood. There will be space to release what you no longer want to carry into the new year and space to imagine what you want more of in 2026.

Snacks and light refreshments will be provided. Just bring yourself.
