Baxter Crawloween 2025
Monster __BAR__ Crawl on Market ___$500 in Ca$h for Best Costumes___plus…gift card prizes along the way!!!
Crawl Baxter Village's Market Street in COSTUME!! This is a public event, so feel free to invite more people.
Costumes absolutely encouraged but not required.
It is FREE to crawl.
Voting update. It’s a “most likes” contest on Facebook.
Show up in full costume at 6:30pm at the green open space between Grapevine and The Fish Market. I’ll have a check in table set up.
I’m expecting 200 people.
We will have cash prizes for best group, best couple, and best individual, as voted on by the bar owners.
We will break into groups once everyone arrives and then rotate bars every hour.
Also note that some of the bars will be serving a limited menu for our group so they can process everyone’s request.
I will need 4 group leaders who can keep time and blow a whistle. Send me a PM if you are interested.

It’s a late start this year because Fall Festival ends at 6pm.
Check in with me at the green in front of Fish Market from 6:30 - 7:00 and be assigned your rotation starting point.
Rotation 1 = 7:00-7:45
Rotation 2 = 8:00-8:45
Rotation 3 = 9:00-9:45
Rotation 4 = 10:00-10:45
11:00pm - 11:15 = everyone meets at Pet Piv for Awards/Cash.
11:15 till whenever (midnight or possibly later) after party at Jekyll & Hyde for those who want to join.
VOTING DETAILS:
We will continue the Virtual Costume Contest method!
(The goal is most likes on your picture posted here).
All you have to do on the night of the crawl (Saturday Oct 25th) is:
1. Take the photo between 7pm - 11:30pm at the event (no PICTs from home, or last years PICTs will count). You must be in attendance.
2. Write the category for your caption that you’d like to self enter:
A. “Best Group”
B. “Best Couple”
C. “Funniest Individual”
D. “Scariest Individual”
Anyone who is in attendance will be able to come to this event page and “Like” the photo that they believe should win that category.
You get 1 vote per category.
The most votes per picture per category wins!
We are looking forward to the BAX Crawloween this year and may the best costumes win!
