The Star-League has fallen!It’s time to Escalate!
We will be hosting a Game Goblins Conway Battletech: Alpha Strike Escalation League by popular demand! For all of those interested in starting the game, this is a great opportunity for new players. For those already playing, are you thinking about starting a new Lance/Company? Or maybe you are just needing motivation to put the finishing touches on one you've been working on for a while and finally need that excuse to paint them. This is for you as well!
What is Battletech: Alpha Strike? It is a Used-Future Science Fiction Wargame of giant mechs duking it out for power, territory, and money. I mean what else is there? In it you will wage heavy metal combat bedecked with lasers and cannons in a fast paced game against other giant mechs and tanks! Set in the popular Battletech/Mechwarrior setting of crumbling empires, fractured successor states, invaders from beyond civilized space, and mercenary companies gone rogue, Battletech Alpha-strike is a rescaled and fast moving update to the classic Battletech tabletop rules. Redesigned and streamlined for a brutal taste of humanity's future of endless warfare.
The point of the League is to learn the game and grow a force by starting with smaller forces and we work our way up to full sized armies step by step each round. We award prizes for Best Warlord (top placed player), Best Painter, and of course Best Sportsmanship as well as a few possible other prizes to be determined. We’ve had a lot of interest in the game since it’s rerelease and can’t wait to get to playing. Come join the fun!

League Entry will be $25. When you sign up, please provide your email for contact for the league and what faction you choose to represent.
League Schedule
The league will take place over the course of 5 rounds of two weeks each, starting at 200 points
Round 1 (200): September 8th - September 21st
Round 2 (250): September 22nd - October 5th
Round 3 (300): October 6th - October 19th
Round 4 (350): October 20th - November 9th
November 10th - November 23rd
