We are so excited to open a new chapter of beer, bags and ships over on the docks of the Red Oak Victory this year!As so many know, the Battlestar Classic is a famous and successful event that has been on the USS Hornet for seven years but now moves to Richmond and Red Oak Victory to celebrate the legacy of Rosie the Riveter and the Richmond Shipyards.
Our event will be taking place during FLEET WEEK, this means you can watch the Blue Angels fly, while drinking beer and tossing bags- truly this does not get better!
So, grab your friends for what is sure to be an amazing day!
What is in store for the Day:
· More than 30 craft breweries will be on hand to provide samples of their beverages (for those over 21 only, of course).
· Live music throughout the day.
· Food trucks on hand for lunch.
· Board the Red Oak Victory for a self-guided tour of this historic World War II ship.
On top of all that, stay for the afternoon and watch the Fleet Week Air Show Action over the Bay.
And did we mention: Plenty of free parking!

Cornhole & Beerfest Tickets:

All cornhole players who purchase a cornhole ticket not only get to compete but also gain exclusive access to Beerfest! 🍻 Enjoy a variety of craft beers and, as a special bonus, step aboard for a self-guided tour of the ship! Don’t miss out on this unique and fun-filled day!
Check In: 9am
Tournament Start: 10:30am
Ticket Cost: $125.00 (team of 2)
Format: All teams will play 4 games of round robin play to seed them into either a Championship bracket or Lowers Bracket. Multiple games Guaranteed!!
· Prizes:
Championship Bracket 1st Place – set of full size OVC, one of a kind, Battlestar 8 Cornhole Board set to each player.
Lower Bracket 1st Place- set of mini OVC cornhole boards with bags to each player.
Beer Fest ONLY or Spectator Tickets ONLY:
· Adults over 21 are $65 each which includes admission to the event and a commemorative beer glass.
· Tickets for those under 21, and for those who do not wish to drink alcohol, are $10 each.
*Day of event adult admission $75 each… if we're not sold out.
*Day of the event minors and non-alcohol admission $15 each.
