Battle of the Southern IPAs is exactly as it sounds - a competition between some of your favourite breweries to see who can brew the best Southern IPA.The concept of Southern IPA is a light bodied easy drinking IPA that exhibits toasty and caramel malt complexity with big hop aroma and flavour that showcases southern grown malt and hops.
