
About this Event

We are excited to bring you the 1st Annual Battle of the Bands & Car Show to honor a Band of Brothers! This is a VFW Auxiliary 9242 fundraiser to help support local Veterans emergency needs. Come join us at this all-day event located at the Bolado Event Center on Saturday, September 13th, 2025 from 9:00am - 9:00pm. Bring your lounge chairs and blankets and claim your spot on the main lawn. Its a first come, first serve selection of your spot on the main lawn area. There will be 7 Amazing Bands battling it out for 1st, 2nd & 3rd place. While listening to live music browse through Hot Rods on display and vote on your favorite 1st, 2nd & 3rd place Best in Show winners. Enjoy a verity of Craft, Food & Drink vendors and VFW T-shirt sales. This will be a full day of family fun with a Kidβs Corner to do crafts, play games, win prizes, jump house, balloon art, face painting and so much more. You don't want to miss it!

General Admission - ages 13 & up $35 (not including fees)
Children - ages 3 to 12 years $20 (not including fees)
Seniors - ages 60 & up $30 (not including fees)
Veterans with ID and children 2 & under are FREE
Family Fun Deal - 2 Adults & 2 Children $80 (not including fees)
Enterance at Gate #1 - Exit at Gate #2 β Gates open at 8:30am - $5 Parking
To purchase tickets, go to Eventbrite.com or you can purchase your tickets at the gate. Wristbands will be given to all ticket holders. You must be wearing this wristband at all times while inside the designated area. If you donβt have it on, you will be asked to leave and will not be allowed to re-enter. There will be a security check point with metal wand and bag check at the ticket gate before entering. If you leave and come back you will be asked to go through the security check point again before re-entering. Smoking of any kind is prohibited, and there is NO outside food or drinks allowed (exceptions may vary, security discretion is advised). If you look 16 and under you must be accompanied by an adult. We are ADA compliant, remember this is an all-day event, please bring your canes, walkers, wheelchairs, scooters, etc. and someone to assist you.
