HEAT 4 FEATURES:
Hardly Broken
We are Hardly Broken, a rock band with roots in Townsville and Byron Bay, blending grunge and alternative rock into a raw, powerful sound. This new project is our chance to bring together our influences and experiences into something fresh and exciting. When we hit the stage, you can feel the chemistry, the energy, and the raw emotion that drives us. Hardly Broken is more than just a band for us—it’s a true collaboration and a testament to the power of friendship and shared vision.
Jamie Lamont
Jamie Lamont, a 19-year-old R&B artist from the Gold Coast, is making waves on the Australian Music Industry with her distinctive sound that bridges the gap between funk and soul and rock of the 1980s with the vibrant energy of modern R&B and Hip Hop. Inspired by today’s influential artists like RAYE, Anderson Paak, and Beyoncé, Jamie crafts songs that share raw emotions and personal stories, inviting listeners to connect deeply with her experiences. With the support of Jamie's incredible band, she is excited to share these stories when she take the stage!
Milk Before Bed?
Milk Before Bed? (MB4B?) is a 4 piece alternative rock band from the Gold Coast. The band formed together in 2024 with members Connor Barnden, Alana Gibson, Daniel Hawken and Tyran Summerville all who met studying music together at Southern Cross University. Their drive for MB4B? sound is creating songs that stray from conventional popular music, following artists that have inspired the band such as Queens Of The Stone Age, Black Country New Road, The Smith Street Band and Modern Baseball. The band fuses dirty guitar riffs, eclectic lyrics and an energy to knock your socks off. Milk Before Bed? is a band not to be missed.
Safety Hazard
Safety Hazard is a Meanjin (Brisbane) based hard rock band with a fresh unique sound. Featuring bassist Tom Gillard, drummer Jacc McLeod and inanimate band member, Sloane The Cone, these three create a unique, humorous and bass-thumping experience that’ll blow the roof off. Breaking onto the scene back in 2022 to an explosive first show resulting in a wild mosh pit, the band’s focus has always been on hard-hitting riffs and entertaining sets that have the whole audience leaving with a night they won’t forget. Thanks to their charismatic and catchy performances they recently caught the attention of ex-One Direction member Louis Tomlinson and were invited to open for his show at River Stage. After an explosive performance on the big stage “delivering boundless energy” (Scenestr) the band captured the intrigue and attention of thousands of fans with their single ‘’ that they released earlier that day. Now this trio is back at it again with their best single yet 'Burnout Paradise', it hits hard it grooves and is exactly what you need to fix a little poor case of the burnout.
