The Battle of the Badges Blood Drive is a friendly competition by Batesville Police Department and the Independence County Sheriff's Office to encourage blood donations. When you donate
blood during the drive at White River Medical Center, you'll cast your vote for the department your pint supports - this can any local public safety/first responding organization of your choice
(police, fire, ambulance, etc)! The department with the most donations wins!
The drive is hosted by the Arkansas Blood Institute of Little Rock and White River Health.
