📋 Rules for Participants of the Beauty Championship Vice City District
1. Time for work:
⏱ Each participant has 1.5 hours to create a complete look (hair or makeup in the chosen nomination).
2. Nominations:
✂️ Vice City Hair Icon — bold, glamorous hairstyle inspired by 80s Miami.
💄 Neon Glam Makeup — bright neon makeup with a wow-effect.
3. Model:
👗 All model are provided for contestants and will be in similar outfits for judging in a ready look (clothing and shoes matching the concept).
The participant’s task is to highlight the style with hair or makeup.
4. Evaluation criteria:
• Cleanliness and technique of execution.
• Adherence to the Vice City District concept (bold, stylish, premium).
• Creativity and originality.
• Harmony between the overall look and the model.
• Presentation of the finished work.
5. The look must be complete:
Hair or makeup should appear as a ready runway look, worthy of media and stage.
6. Allowed:
• Hair accessories (stylish, but not overloading the look).
• Cosmetic products with special effects (glitter, shimmer, neon).
7. Not allowed:
• Ready-made wigs (only original work with the model’s hair).
• Stencils to simplify makeup (only original technique).
8. Important:
• Participants provide their own tools and materials.
• Additional time is given to prepare the workplace before the start.
• By the end of 1.5 hours, the work must be fully completed.
