Learn to Play: Warhammer 40,000 Combat Patrol
Thursday Night 6pm to 8pm
On Thursday evenings we run our adult Battle Honour Beginner Sessions. These are there to help you get started and learn how to play our games!
Warhammer 40,000 is a sci-fi strategy battle game using miniatures and dice to fight for glory and victory on the tabletop. In Warhammer 40,000 humanity battles for its survival against a galaxy filled with untold alien horrors, followers of dark gods, and its own hubris.
These Learn to Play Battle Honours sessions are designed to help you work through the first stages of your “PLAY” hobby journey and to set you up for what comes after. For Warhammer 40,000, the Combat Patrol game mode is the perfect starting point, with everything you need to play available in a single box and all the rules available for free!
If you’ve never tried Warhammer before, don’t worry as we have a bunch of Combat Patrols you can borrow to try things out for the first time and see if the game is for you! If you have your own models, just bring along a built Combat Patrol (it doesn’t have to be painted) and we’ll help guide you through your games in the grim darkness of the far future.
If you have any friends, family or colleagues you’d like to share the hobby with who you think might be interested, bring them down and we can lend them a Combat Patrol too and you can have a go together!
