Now more than ever, summer learning is important to our community’s youth so that they can return to school ready to learn.Kalamazoo Youth Development Network is hosting our third annual Summer Learning Celebration in collaboration with Battle Creek Coalition for Truth, Racial Healing and
Transformation (BC TRHT) and the Child & Adolescent Health Clinic (CAHC) fiscally sponsored by
Grace Health. This celebration and advocacy event highlights the importance of high quality summer programming. Our theme is "Be the Domino: Build Bridges to Thriving Youth."
The event is open to everyone and local organizations are encouraged to use this opportunity to engage with youth and parents. Youth-serving organizations will be attending along with the youth that participate in their summer programs. We’ll have food, music, youth performances, and fun!
