Wildlife Educator and Bat Rehabilitator Maureen Heidtmann will talk about Connecticut bats and the threats they face, as well as how we can help protect them. Maureen is a bat expert and biologist who has worked with bats for more than 30 years. She is a licensed wildlife rehabilitator and a Certified Wildlife Conservationist with the State of Connecticut’s DEEP. She also fosters bats and will bring with her a very special, fuzzy visitor! Suitable for all ages.
