Sip on your favorite cocktails, munch on some tasty snacks, and hang out with friends as we gear up for an epic experience.We're also thrilled to announce that Murthy Kantimahanti, from the Eastern Ghats Wildlife Society in South India, will be joining us for the event! Murthy is one of the Houston Zoo's Conservation Partners, and he's excited to meet everyone and share his passion for wildlife conservation. Be sure to give him a warm Houston welcome!
Once we've got our fill of refreshments, we'll take a leisurely stroll over to the Waugh Bridge at 7pm to catch the sunset and watch the bats do their thing. It's a sight you won't want to miss - thousands of bats emerging from under the bridge and taking flight into the night sky. It's like watching nature's own aerial show!
