We will begin our day with an uplifting morning yoga class delivered by our Expert Yoga Teacher Kara Herbert, before enjoying an amazing two-course lunch. After lunch, we will join Creative Coach and Mentor Ali McDowall for a Vision Board Workshop which will leave you feeling energised and inspired, equipped with fresh ideas and focused direction to help you move forward with purpose. We will end our day with a restorative yoga class. Our January Wellness Retreat Day is the perfect way to reset and realign for the year ahead.
