Phase 1 of the outdoor engagement on the greenspace at Robert Bateman Community Centre is underway. Staff will be at Fortinos Burlington New Street near the food court to speak with residents. The primary question will be, “How would you like to use the greenspace?” This is a drop-in session, so registration is not necessary.

Time: 9 a.m. to noon
Residents can provide feedback on the redevelopment of this outdoor greenspace, including essential paved pathway connections throughout the site to the adjacent school and new Community Centre Entrance.
Staff will review the information collected to help determine what can and cannot be done in the space and create concepts. Popularity, cost, regulations, and technical feasibility will also determine concepts.
Park features that cannot go into the greenspace include splash pad and a skate park.
