ONE DAY EVENT THIS YEAR: Sept 20, 2025Schedule:
Vendor roll in: 9:30am
• 20x10: $500 - for vendor spots
Team roll in: 10:30am
• Absolutely no stereo usage until 11am - will be asked to leave without refund on spots.
• 10 spot blocks for $500 - priority reserved parking locations
Customer roll in: 11am
• NO SOONER - we are not permitted to let customer vehicles into event prior to 11am
• Absolutely no stereo usage until 11am
• Free spots
• No alcohol permitted on show grounds via laws by Washoe County.
• Any stereo usage prior to 11am will require SHCA staff to ask vehicle and participant to leave and they will not be permitted back.
Show end: 5pm - no stereos are permitted to play during this time.
Awards and thank you’s: 5:00-5:30pm - no stereos are permitted to play during this time.
Vender clean-up and show close: 5:30pm-6:00pm - no stereos are permitted to play during this time.
Sunday is our dealer training day. We cannot have any stereos playing what so ever on sunday 9/21. this is a concession we had to make to get this approved at all. Thank you for your understanding.
We will not be permitted to play stereos sunday 9/21 but we will be open and available at the shop for sales and CS.
