Anna Bass and Ray Taylor were, for 8 years, the writing team and creators of the touring folk band Two Coats Colder. When the band wound up at the end of 2020 Anna and Ray decided to carry on gigging as folk duo Bass & Taylor. Mainly concentrating on Folk clubs and the odd house concert and festival, the couple have continued to entertain audiences up and down the length and breadth of the UK.
Their sets always include a mix of self penned songs, songs written by Ray’s cousin David Edgington, and a few borrowed and well-loved folk songs by some of their favourite major artists.
They guarantee to have the audience singing along!
