Make a backpack/foraging basket with the talented Joan Betzold! She developed it a few years ago when a forager BADGERED her to design one. It comes with all the strapping, clips to make it adjustable as well as a handmade oak handle.Students will be able to choose black, royal blue, dark brown or dark green strapping. Clips are black. Choice on strapping MUST be made AT LEAST 10 days before the class...preferably at the time of registration. Please email: [email protected] with your choice.
Students need to bring: measuring tape, sharpened pencil, a brick wrapped in plastic wrap, 12 large wooden clip style clothespins, old towel, scissors, pocket knife, a small regular screw driver, spray bottle, pail or dish pan to hold 2 gallons of water.
Bring a lunch, drinks and snacks. Wear comfortable clothes.
Located in the Museum Store on the second floor. One flight of stairs.
Saturday February 8, 2025 9 AM - 3 PM. All sales are final, no refunds. Proceeds benefit the Museum.
