As the Sakuras bloom in Japan Singapore’s ultimate rooftop cocktail bar Smoke & Mirrors partners with Roku Gin to welcome the abundance of spring in three floral cocktails available for the whole month of April.
Smoke & Mirrors weaves in mixology magic to enhance the flavours of this seasonal gin through three innovative takes: The Manga Hanami and Sakurabito. The first The Manga presents a fruity spin to the floral gin with mango syrup strawberry ginger and a twist of citrus. The Hanami a variation of the classic Negroni marries black pepper-infused gin with Campari Lillet B St. Germaine and refreshing mint while Sakurabito sees the gin interweaving with banana yoghurt banana and prosecco to create a creamy and effervescent cocktail. Each cocktail is priced at S$28++.
Further marking the celebration of spring guests who purchase all three Roku Spring Cocktails at Smoke & Mirrors will receive a 2.1ml of Roku x Maison 21G’s limited edition spring scent Spring Kaze while stocks last.
