Welcome to Adams Acres Sourdough Bread Making class! My name is Teresa and this is my 5th year teaching sourdough bread making. This is a 2 hour adult class. In the class you will receive a 150 year old San Francisco starter. I will teach you how to feed and take care of it. We will also be hands on making a sourdough loaf for you to take home and bake. You will receive all recipes and instructions. Lots of great information and experience is offered. It’s a fun class! I also have a FB page of all the people who have taken the class. We troubleshoot, ask questions and share hints, tips and pictures of our creations. You are welcome to join Adams Acres Sourdough.
