To everyone who voted, thank you! We heard you and are excited to announce our next class on platting! Summit Geomatics, Inc. ("Summit") and ISRO Engineering Services, PLLC ("ISRO") will present a 30-minute class to discuss the basics of platting. They will cover the due diligence process required before acquiring land, including considerations such as flood zones, flood studies, utilities, and permits. Additionally, they will explore the criteria for subdividing by metes and bounds and by platting, different types of plats, and the platting processes specific to the City of San Antonio, Bexar County, and the San Antonio Extra-Territorial Jurisdiction ("ETJ").
