This is a closed group. A commitment to attend all four sessions is required. Enrollment is limited to 20.
Registration: This 4 week session is free. Please check your calendar and make sure you can attend all of the sessions as they build upon each other.

Teacher - Sally Martinez has been practicing meditation for over twenty-five years. She is currently a student of the Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program managed by Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach. She is in her practicum year of the program, and passionate about sharing the knowledge she is absorbing through the teachings of mindfulness meditation (also known as Vipassana or Insight Meditation). Sally is passionate about creating community and bringing the community together in positive ways to uplift everyone in a collective setting.
